Preparation and Usage
To Fry: Fry 350 gm of fish or seafood together with Mak Nyonya Instant Asam Fish Sauce for a 5 minutes. Add in 75 ml of water ( 1/3 cup ). Continue cook until boil and serve hot.
To Steam: Steam 350 gm of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in Mak Nyonya Instant Asam Fish Sauce. Let it steam for another 5 minutes. (Approx: 15 minutes).
