How to make Fried egg with preserved sweet radish
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 50g sweet radish, 1 small onion
Method: Medium heat oil, stir fry sliced onion until fragrant, add in sweet radish stir fry until crispy. Add beaten eggs cook until golden brown and its ready to serve.
How to make fried fish with preserved sweet radish
Ingredients: 400g fish fillet,6 tbsp sweet radish, 1 tbsp minced onion
Seasoning: 100ml stock or water,1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1tbsp cooking wine,1/4 tbs salt and sugar, 1/3 sesame oil
Method: marinate fish with 1tbspog cooking wine and 1/4 tbsp of salt for 10 minutes. Medium heat 4 tbsp oil, stir fry minced onion until fragrant, add sweet radish, stir fry until fill crispy and remove. Boil seasoning using wok then pour the heated seasoning onto the fried fish. Add seasoning radish over it and it is ready to be served.
